Bryan Veeren, received his master's degree in structural and functional biochemistry from the University Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France in 2017. He subsequently obtained his PhD from the University of La Réunion, France, in 2021. His doctoral research focused on the effect of a medicinal plant from La Réunion's plant biodiversity on renal fibrosis, which is responsible for impaired renal function. He currently holds the position of mass spectrometry engineer at the DéTROI INSERM U1188 laboratory.
